Staff

In Beverly Hills and serving the Los Angeles area and around the globe.

Staff-ChloeChloe Harding - Administrator - My name is Chloe Harding and I am Dr Babak Azizzadeh’s Administrator. I’m originally from London England, but when I was 16, I moved to North Carolina. After University I moved to sunny Florida, but 6 years later it was time to leave the hurricanes and humidity for the West Coast. As Administrator I am responsible for website SEO development, marketing, organizing events, seminars, public speaking engagements and ensuring that our patients are receiving the very best experience. I work closely with all of our team members and patients. I am the first person you will meet when you visit our office and the last person you see when you leave. I absolutely love working for Dr Azizzadeh, and being part of such an amazing life changing experience

Her work includes evaluating the role of steroids and their effect on facial paralysis following parotidectomy surgery. She has also investigated the ability of radiographic imaging in identifying nerve invasion of tumors prior to surgery, which impacts the course of patient treatment. Dr. Lee’s research interest is focused on how to advance and optimize patient care and management.

Dr. Lee is the lead author of several published articles in peer-reviewed journals, such as Otolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery and The Laryngoscope. She is a frequent presenter at national conferences, including the American Academy of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, American Academy of Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery (AAO-HNS) Foundation, and Triological Society.

She has won numerous awards, including the AAO-HNS Resident Leadership Grant, Triological Society Resident Travel Award, Medical Scholars Research Grant, Golden Grant Research Award, and served as the Resident Representative for the AAO-HNS Section for Residents and Fellows.

Dr. Lee was also spotlighted in the media for reconstructing Ms. Allena Hansen, the woman who was mauled by a bear in Bakersfield, miraculously drove herself to seek help, and then was airlifted to UCLA Medical Center. Dr. Lee performed major surgical repair to Ms. Hansen’s extensive disfiguring facial and oral injuries, such as her forehead, which was found to be hanging off to the side to expose the visible indentation of the bear’s claw in her bone.
